Available currently in 4.3 ″ and 7″, the SIMx21 HMI module families have many LCD options to meet your embedded HMI needs, including sunlight-readable, extended temperature range, cap/resistive/no-touch, and more.

Aside from LCD size and capability options, the SIMx21 family has several different feature options (“variants”) you can choose from based on your feature and cost needs:

Processor and Memory

• STM32H750XB MCU with 480MHz Arm Cortex-M7 MCU and 1MB integrated RAM
• 4-16MB SPI NOR Boot Flash for boot, program, non-volatile data, and file system storage
• 128MB QSPI NAND Flash for program, non-volatile data, and file system storage
• 8 to 64MB SDRAM

Integrated graphics/touch and audio I/O:

• Resistive, capacitive, and non-touch Touch Panel options
• Option for external resistive touch panel via RTP Riser Cards.
• Integrated Piezo Sounder or Electro-Mechanical Sounder for alarms
• Integrated 3W External Speaker Audio output
• I2S output for external DAC/Codec

Numerous communications ports

• USB 2.0 Full-Speed Device Port with USB Micro B Device Connector
• USB 2.0 Full-Speed Embedded Host Port with USB A Host Connector
• RS422/485 Port with optional termination
